1. Registration and prices

Prices are shown with I.V.A. included.
To do this, click on enter or register, in the upper left. You will have the possibility to create a new user (left) or access with an existing one (right). Click on create account, fill in the requested information (Name, surname, email address and desired password), click on Send in the lower right and you will have created your account. To access with your user, click on my account at the top right and enter (this time on the right) your email address and the previously chosen password.

2. How to buy

Shopping at Tachuris Wanderlust is very easy!
Choose the family and the product within it, or search for it with the search engine at the top.
Once the search is done, we will show you the products that correspond to your selection.
To see the product in more detail, click on its photo and you will access an enlarged image with information on the name, reference and price of the product, as well as the colors and sizes available.
You can then add the item to your order using the Add to Cart button.
When you have finished the order, access the cart and click on Buy to go to the payment and shipping pages.
Once you have entered your data, check that they are correct and press "confirm".
Please make sure the shipping and billing address are correct.
Select a payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard.
Confirm the order.
You will receive an email confirming your order.

3. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Paypal.
The data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form.
For payment with Visa and MasterCard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will connect with the bank that issued it so that the buyer authorizes the purchase. When the bank confirms the authentication, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
We do not store, save or record any type of card data since said information is automatically sent from the client's computer to their respective bank. The confidential data of the payment is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution, therefore, in the event of an incident with the purchase process, you must contact the bank.

4. Shipping

The delivery time is between 48 and 72 working hours from the moment the package leaves our central warehouse (PENINSULAR SPAIN). Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday from our facilities in Barcelona, ​​as long as it is a business day.

Keep in mind that orders are prepared and leave our warehouse on the same day for purchases made until 12:00 noon from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m., during the weekend or on holidays, will be processed the next business day.

For example, if you placed the order on Friday afternoon/evening, it will not be prepared until Monday, so you would receive it on Tuesday/Wednesday. However, if the order was placed on Tuesday morning, you would receive it Wednesday or Thursday, depending on the destination location.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands and certain areas of the peninsular territory may have a delay of approximately two to three days more than the indicated periods.

In periods of sales or special promotions, as well as on specific dates, delivery times may be longer than usual.

We do not guarantee deliveries at specific and specific times. If the buyer indicates a specific delivery date or within it shows a preference for a certain time slot, it will be understood that he does so for guidance.

If it is impossible for us to make the delivery, the carrier will make a new attempt. In the event that we are unable to make the delivery on this second attempt, the carrier will leave you a notification in this regard.

Additionally, we ask that, if when the courier comes to your home you have changed your opinion about your purchase, you reject the package and do not sign the acceptance of delivery. In this case, we would proceed to pay the amount in the same method in which the payment was made, according to our usual conditions.

Once the order is placed, we will send you a confirmation of it to your email address. We will also indicate a tracking number so that you know the status of your order at all times.

· BALEARIC ISLANDS Shipments cost €9.99 and arrive in 4/5 working days.

· Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands: Unfortunately we will not be able to make shipments for now.

· Rest of Europe: We are working to ship to all of Europe. If you want us to notify you when we activate this option, let us know at info@tachuriswanderlust.com

We are not responsible for any damage that your package may suffer due to the treatment received by transport agencies, at Tachuris Wanderlust we treat orders with all our love and do everything possible to protect fragile items. The boxes are safe and the products are well protected.

6. Privacy Policy

Every time you use this website, you will be under the application of the Privacy Policy in force at all times, and you must review said text to verify that you agree with it.
The personal data you provide us will be processed in a file whose purposes are:
the development, fulfillment and execution of the contract of sale of the products that you have acquired or of any other contract between both;
attend to the requests you make to us;
