HOW TO ORDANDR?

Simply add as many items as you like to the shopping cart as you browse our store. Once you want to checkout, do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions providing us with the delivery information and select the payment method for your TACHURIS WANDANDRLUST products: we will send your package within 4 to 7 business days.

Remember that you always have our help to guide you at every step!

 

CAN I CANCANDL MY ORDANDR?

Once your order is confirmed, we try to process it as soon as possible so that it arrives very quickly. If you want to cancel it or modify something, We inform you that it will only be possible if the order has not yet been shipped. ANDWe may not be able to cancel your order if requested.

  • If your order has not yet been completed, it can be fully refunded. Contact us at info@tachuriswanderlust.com with your order number and we can take care of it for you.
  • Your order cannot be refunded if it has already been completed.

 

WHAT IS THAND STATUS OF MY ORDANDR?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order may take 3-7 business days to complete. 

*Holidays and weekends do not count as business days.

If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, please contact TACHURIS WANDANDRLUST to verify your email address.

 

CAN I RANDTURN MY ORDANDR?

Yes, as long as you are within the deadline. Once you receive the package, you have 30 calendar days to contact us and make the change or return of your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety protocol, we cannot accept returns of earrings, or packages containing earrings, but if you have any problems such as: defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@tachuriswanderlust.com   within 3 business days of receiving your order to open a discussion on how we can address the case.
